I hope the answer is no if you do so while driving lol. Many persons find it difficult to sleep while traveling whether it is in a bus, ship or plane .Maybe they have a fear or crashing in their sleep .I have no such qualm, I have been known to doze off many a times and even found my head on the shoulder of my fellow passengers(even with occasional drooling – sorry for the abundance of information lol).Maybe you will sleep if you are traveling with someone you trust or is it a firm principle of your that you need to see where you are going
Do you sleep while traveling and if you do ,please tell us under what circumstances if there are any

responses and comments:
usually not. but not because I don't want to! lol usually I end up being the one who has to tell the directions so I cant go to sleep. I went to Canada with my mother and sister and nephew and the whole time I wasn't allowed to sleep because I had to tell my mom how to get there and back. then with my husband I have to do the same. the only trip I have taken where I slept and slept a LOT was on a trip to Seattle (from Michigan), it took 4 days so I did a lot of sleeping. [jennifer611]
same like me... as a navigator.. but when i didn drive or navigate, its hard for me to sleep though.. kinda enjoying the trip.. :) [d3vans]
i fly quite often and all i have to do is get a window seat put my head against it and i'm good for about 2 hours. but when somweone else is driving a car i stay awake, there's just too many crazy's on the road. [max1950]
well i guess the skies are actaully safer than the streets,so I see what you mean. [ronnyb]
If the transportation I'm on has multiple stopovers I wouldn't sleep at all for fear of missing my stop, but if its an airplane or boat it would be ok to sleep. It also depends on the time of day that you're traveling or if you had sufficient sleep the day before your travel, but generally sleeping on public transportation is fine with me (or everyone else I think). As for dozing off on your neighbors shoulder, I once rode on a public transport and the passenger closest to the driver of the vehicle dozed off and had his head leaning against the driver's shoulder most of way. I don't think the driver minded though because most of us were laughing :) [thenextnoel]
yes always have to be aware of your stop many persons have missed their stop because they were sleeping lol [ronnyb]
I find it hard to sleep because there is too much going on, especially if you on a plane, because they are bringing drinks around, food if there is a meal being served, people knocking into you or asking you to move or get past you if you are not sitting by the window, so sleep is virtually impossible. My friends were joking about how insomnia and lack of sleep is on of the best fat loss options! I don't go on transport long enough to warrant sleep and I always find journeys exciting and thus too excited to sleep so I stay awake and watch what is going on out of the window. If there's nothing interesting outside to see, I read through a good book, or study from one of the textbooks I got from the used text book store. [wolfie34]
When you are traveling, you should have enough vigour to walk and enjoy your travels. But if you don't sleep enough for your body, you will feel very tired and you won't be able to focus on what you see and feel. Sleeping well is important for traveling. [devskool]
I have been traveling by car, bus, ship and plane and I normally sleep on the way. Its' my way of amusing myself because when I sleep I feel I am reaching my destination fast not like when I am awake. The journey seems so long that I feel so bored. So far I don't have a problem sleeping even when traveling by boat at a disturbed climate. [longbangod]
Interesting philosophy ,time does move faster when you are sleeping but you seem quite a good sleeper to be able to sleep even during disturbed weather [ronnyb]
Hi ronnyb I sleep well in train,if I travel in a reserved compartment. There I feel comfortable to sleep as in home. But I find very difficult to sleep in planes. One reason is when you travel in air,you don't know whether it is day or night because of the different time zones you cross over when you travel to a different country. And of course, the other reasons are frequent offerings of different foods by air hostess, congested seating arrangements etc. Happy Mylotting [muru1950]
Hai Ronnub! Yes I sleep. I have experience of long travelling. Although sleeping is comfortable while I travel but I have to try to sleep. I cannot sleep in the plane or bus or train as I can in my normal time. I try to sleep in my seat by making it possible comfortable. [aminul8427]
I'm a frequent flyer; but even then, sleep doesn't happen all the time during my journeys. I shuttle between the UK and Malaysia (the latter being my home =D); when I'm going to the UK, I usually tend to stay awake. Vice versa; if I'm heading back home to Malaysia, I tend to sleep through the whole journey. On cars and coaches, however, I rarely sleep unless I've been dead tired the night before. xD Here's a funny thing, though: When I was much younger, I could read thick novels cover to cover whilst in a moving vehicle. I can't do that anymore since I went to boarding school - maybe that's because I no longer travel in cars as much. =P [arianex]
I can only sleep when lay on my stomach so usually I can only sleep on a ferry when I get get on the long seats! I never sleep on flights because of the seats and I have tried to sleepin the car in the back seat lay across them but, I can't always sleep then either because of the twists and turns on the road [frankiecesca]
It all depends on how I'm traveling. The last few trip that I have taken have been by plane. So It have been very easy to sleep. Except on one leg of the trip. My seat was in front of the bathroom so I couldn't recline my seat at all. It was very uncomfortable to have to set straight up. If I'm traveling by car then no I don't sleep because I like to see the country side change as we drive. [deebomb]
I don't think so i can because i snore and it would be embarrassing to let people hear me snore lol! I'm so conscious about it. I'm also conscious about my surroundings. I don't want to get robbed just because i doze off. One of my friends had come back from Ireland after he bought some nice Beleek pottery. When he stopped to get some cigs, someone yanked his new collection from his luggage and he didn't realize it until he was home! I also hate it if i would miss my destination. [modstar]
Hello...happy I sleep when traveling by the bus or in an airplane. I don't want to wait for a long hours just to get in to my destination. But, if I am with someone like a friend or with my fiance, I never sleep while we are traveling. I know that if they would see me sleeping they might get sleepy, too.blush So, I try to stay awake and talk, talk, talklol [hornetlover]
i never could sleep traveling not even as a child. i stay bright eyed & bushy tailed all thw way. wish i could have back when i traveled. never did travel much, don't really like to. [ANTIQUELADY]
yes I commute to work with various trains for 4 hours in the morning and a little over 3 hours in the evening when I can take a different route. I wait till they have checked my trainpass and then I doze off and often fall asleep for real then for an hour at a time. Amazingly my inner clock always tells me when to wake up and I never missed my destiny on these ways to and from work. I am commuting as much as this now for the fourth year..... as long as I am married........ [book1962]
Yes, I can sleep whilst travelling. I guess I'm a bit like you - I have no problems sleeping during travel. I have to travel on the train quite often and usually find myself dozing off and a couple of times I have even missed my train stop as I have been in such a deep sleep! [UK_Shree]
My adult children got into the habit of sleeping on journeys when my hubby was in the RAF. We found it a lot easier to travel home on leave with the children at night. The roads were quieter and the children slept. I used to stay awake to keep the driver company but after my hubby started driving coaches I found it easier to sleep through the journey. Trains tend to send me to sleep as the noise is hypnotic but I'm uncomfortable on ships and planes so can't sleep. I'm not afraid or worried about crashing, I think if it happens I'd rather not see it coming! lol [Annmac]
The rhythm of the car or train is enough to put anyone to sleep. If I am many hours traveling then I would probably sleep. I don't drive long distances so I would have to stop occasionally to rest. Someone else would have to drive. I don't care to much. [celticeagle]
I can sleep during a car ride if I'm really tired. It's really uncomfortable though and my neck starts to hurt even if I lay my chair back. I don't really like sleeping in the car because of that. Same thing on an airplane too, my neck starts hurting. It's even worse though because you can't lay the seat back all the way. [vanonas]
I sleep a lot while traveling and i never travel alone so its easy for me to lean on to someone or in short i have security. I mostly travel by train as i cannot afford a flight ticket until and unless its very urgent. In bus its not too comfortable to sleep so even if i feel sleepy also i cannot but my friends call me sleepy head while traveling long journeys in trains. [healer]
some people might find it hard to sleep be of the kind of vehicle they are like in a bus or a train they hav to be aware of their stops and if its in an airplane they may be scared of an accident but if they are in a car the are insecure depending the driver [master3574]
I do my best to sleep while traveling unless I'm driving. The reason is I am a very nervous passenger. One time we thought a fellow passenger had fallen asleep. It turns out she died! They called the emergency ambulances but it was too late. =( Some friends of mine were talking about chartering a bus to go to a place we were all going instead of each of us driving our own cars. My BF was looking at me kind of funny and I knew why too. When the group leader asked if I wanted to get in on the charter I told her sure...if I could drive the bus. lol [savak03]
well i just lick basketballs and go to sleep [imso20]
I never sleep while travilling, in fact, I want to sleep to have a rest, but acturally, I can not go to sleep because of the bump. Usually I do is to relax myself and to lean against the chair back , listen to music and to have somthing to eat, or if have some friends or colleague to talk, it will be pleasent thing. We can talk everything of family, life....., you will find time goes too fast. As I am always go out for business, I enjoy the way in travelling, it's the time for relaxing. [ntmingyu]
Most of the time I can sleep. It just depends on how what's going on in the vehicle when I'm trying sleep. [CRSunrise]
Absolutely not. I am always driving and when someone else drives, I am on the edge of my seat the whole time! I guess it's from sitting in the passenger seat when I am used to being in the driver's seat and I feel so out of control. Even when I know that the person doing the driving is a good driver, things just look so different from that other seat. Even on a bus recently on my way to a convention, I tried sitting in the back so that I would not have that problem, but the bus kept swaying and all, I never really got any good sleep, but what I managed was a blessing. LOL [sunshinedap]
I get tired traveling, and yes I can sleep. When I was around 23 years old, my husband and I took a trip to see his brother. We left Austin, Indiana by car and drove to Los Angeles, California. That was one fun trip, and some of it was miserable though because we fought a lot. We would fight fiercely and then make up and feel like we could not be without each other. The relationship itself made me tired and wore out, and that may have been why I slept so much on the way back. [fairydew]
Me?.....absolutely and in any trips.i mean doesn't matter where I am traveling to. I really have this habit since before....sleeping while on travel. I just don't know why but I usually fell asleep even in a short journey. I can even be asleep from home to the next town and it only takes 15-20 minutes getting there by a jeepney (public rides). I sleep in the bus, in the car and also in the plane. I can no longer count those funny instances when I passed by our house and was awakened in the next town because of sleeping in the jeep. The most silly one was when I was riding a bus from Davao to our place (its approximiately 45 mins). It was night time (10pm) and it was the last trip so we have to hurry to catch up the last bus. I was so tired then due to a long journey from work (my workplace was 4 hrs from the city/bus station for home) and there while riding on the way I felt so asleep and when I woke up it was already in the next city...I passed by our place. Now my problem was that it was still middle of the night and there are no jeepney to travel back to Davao so I can take a ride for home. So no choice but to wait until 2pm to have the first vehicle.....what a mess! I just feel so comfortable sleeping while traveling........specially in my journey here in the USA, ah that was awesome.....I got a lot of sleep in the planes since it was a very long trip then. [silverjam]
But sleeping while you're driving is so much fun!! Heh,heh. I hate sleeping while traveling, cause I get travel sick really fast. Unfortunately, those darling little pills to prevent motion sickness also drop me like a rock. (Who needs Valium, dramamine is so much cheaper.) Seeing where I'm going is part of the problem! Trees flying past... Yeah. [snowcat46]
As for me ,if I am very tired,I will sleep anywhere and anytime.however, sometimes you can't be carefull, for many people ,you don't trust. [nanzhifeng]
No, I can not sleep while I travel because I want to see where I am going and see the different things as I am going the highway. When i travel i am not the one who is driving, so I stay awake because I talk to the driver to keep them alert and up. [MizzLadyB08]
Good idea ,so often the driver fall asleep because he has no one to talk to.Thanks for responding. [ronnyb]
My answer is yes in buses since I usually travel by night and I usually lulled to sleep since travel would take me eight hours to my destination. Alkthough I accept that I sleep rather half-awake since from time to time the bus would stop and my sleep would be interrupted. If the trips are short then I do not easily goto sleep. [rsa101]
Well only if I'm traveling with family and if I'm in a car and someone I trust is driving, but I cant go to sleep in a public bus or other types of transportation because I like to stay alert and aware of my surroundings, because its just not to safe these days to go to sleep in public places but I guess If I'm extremely tired I might fall a sleep in public but like I said I try to make it a point not to.happy [apples99]
I fall asleep usually on road trips. After seeing the same scenery after a while, it just puts me to sleep. I feel bad sometimes because my boyfriend drives. I would offer to drive too, but its a manual and I can't drive stick. Anyway, I always fall asleep on a plane, unless its a short distance. I hate to fly, so falling asleep right away, helps. [konomi777]
As much as possible I don't sleep while am travelling as according to my mom, in case there's accident you can do something to avoid getting badly hurt once your awake. Mostly those who died in an accident were the persons who were sleeping, so for long hours of travel better do some sleep first before travelling or if you have someone with you while travelling sleep while the other one is awake. By this way you can guard each other. [bing28]
If I'm traveling and I feel good about the weather and the distance than yes, I can sleep. But, if I feel at all uneasy I will be wide awake the entire ride watching everything!!! [Mocha09]
Nope, I have never fallen asleep while travelling unless you count as a small child. But a few years ago I travelled by grayhound bus to see my mom in New Mexico From Ky and it was a long almost 3 day trip and I didn't sleep the whole time. But as soon as I made it to my mom's I said hello..goodnight..lol But even if I trust the person driving a vechicle I cannot sleep no matter how tired. [mtdewgurl74]
Yes... i always sleep while traveling especially in a bus . Many people afraid to sleep while traveling since they have fear if something happen while they are sleeping but for me, i prefer to sleep and my eye closed if that happen . Sleeping while traveling make the journey shorter hehe... most of the time, i sleep as soon as the journey started and wake up when we reach at our destination..haha why need to worry so much? just sleep and enjoy our journey [zureyna]
I sleep sometimes when i am travelling. But usually i will not be able to sleep, because i always want to see the outside when i am travelling. but some of my friends always have habit of sleeping when travelling. [shahanas]
when traveling to long distances, i usually fall asleep. I'm not the type of person who gets motion sickness. i think the swaying motion of the car rocks me to sleep:) [orevro]
I cannot sleep or should I say I have a hard time to sleep when traveling. It isn't because I have no trust on the driver or I fear that something would happen. It is simply because I am a light sleeper. I could easily wake up when I hear a mere noise or a bit light from anywhere. I could wake up when I hear a sound even a beep of a mobile phone. I could wake up when the bus stops for something because it is either someone will ride in or drop off. I can't sleep when someone is snoring. I can't sleep when lights are on. Those are just some concerns why I have a hard time sleeping when traveling. [maean_19]

Oh! sorry for loading it twice. There was an error loading page when I submit my response. Just bear with it and consider the second response. Thanks! [maean_19]
When travelling, no matter how tired I get I never fall asleep. I have tried when I have been very tired but even reclining the seat did not work as I was thinking about what I was missing through the windows.. :-) Derek [derek_a]
Hi Ronny, if it's a long journey, I would doze off. It's more like a nap though; when I can get up if there's any noise or movement from the person beside me. I get motion sickness in a bus or ship (not in a train or plane though); so the best way is to sleep! [lazeebee]
I have never found it comfortable to sleep while traveling. I mostly suffer from a strange panic - I might be carried away. When I try to sleep forcefully, I usually dream about dreadful situations. So, it is very difficult to have a sound sleep. Although I do not have any doubt about my fellow passengers. I can make friendship with strangers well. I even had a two hour long discussion about boxing gloves! Rather they might get irritated as I toss up all through the journey, which is definitely a cause of their discomfort. I understand this is a kinda childish act but I somehow succumb to it each time I get to visit a new destination. [nilzerous1]
I find it difficult to sleep while travelling. I hate confined spaces so i just want the journey to be over. [marciejo99]
I find it really hard to sleep on a plane. Even in short flights, I can only doze off for a few hours before waking up again. it's not just the lights but the constant shuffling of feet and motion of the plane. I am a sensitive sleeper so theses are distractions that keep me awake even when it's 3 in the morning. I also find it hard to sleep with the cramped quarters the plane has to offer. I would love to ride a plane with the reclining sofa beds but those are so expensive I don't think I'll ever pay for one! [mimico]
yes sometimes it happens..... [TsubasaBazz]
yes it happens sometimes...... [TsubasaBazz]
do u know i heard that KING ALEXANDER THE GREAT sleeps while riding his horse its really tuff to sleep while riding horse right??but most of them used to sleep while travelling.... [TsubasaBazz]
yeah i dont sleep while traveling by bus or in a car that is if its my first time to travel on that route...ill be curious on the new scenery that i will see ..but if its not then surely i will sleep...but my hubby does while he is drivinglolthat we usually stop for a while so that he can sleep...i don't drive ... [vanities]
I fall asleep most of the time when travelling. Since I love to travel,I admit I always fall asleep whether i'm on a plane, bus or inside the car. It makes me feel relaxed and pampered while i am feeling the excitement of getting to our destination. = ) [shalybhe29]
I ALWAYS sleep when I take long trips be it in a bus, ferry or plane. It's not that I just doze off but it's that I force myself to nap because I think I'd get to the destination much faster if I don't notice it. I'm a very impatient person so if I travel for a 6-hour drive and don't sleep, I'd end up whining all the time. But I've never accidentally found my hear on the shoulder of a fellow passenger LOL. [dianavarro]
I do sleep while travelling on land - and I mean I sleep really well if I am the passenger of course! Sometimes (if I've had a tiring day), and I feel sleepy while driving a long distance, then I make a stop at the next gas station and have "40 winks" and after I wake up, I drink coffee and then continue the drive. This helps. But I just cannot sleep while travelling by plane. Once I recall once while travelling from Singapore to Los Angeles, I remembered a friend's advise to drink a couple of glasses of red wine at the start of the journey - and then I would fall asleep the entire trip. So I did start sipping a couple of glasses of red wine (which by the way are served free on any other airline other than the American airlines!!!!!) expecting to fall asleep soon. But I didn't - and was sipping "several" glasses of wine until I reached Los Angeles - and when we landed, my legs were buckling under me when we got off the plane because I was so drunk!!!!! My sister who was awaiting in LA airport to pick me up couldn't help laughing at me all the way home! [DEVONECO]
yes i feel sleepy sometimes when i travel on hot days its very difficult even if you try to sleep usually but when i am tired i get sleep and often sleep my sleep in travels is not that good that i doze off on others or a particular side i open my eyes every jerk the travel encounters [prajwal2222]
Although I like to stay awake to see things, if I'm tired I'll fall asleep for a bit. [reinydawn]
Yes, I can sleep while traveling. And I slept while traveling to the office this morning. I sleep when traveling to make up for lost sleep the previous night or to build reserves of energy for the next few hours ahead. Without these contingencies, I prefer to be awake while traveling so as to enjoy the sights. [bantilesroger]
Sometimes but most of the times i dont. I love to watch the scenery like the flowers, mountains or even the houses that i passed by. [markroderick]
it depends on the length of the journey. If it is a long journey more than 10hrs definitely i will sleep. I can not resist my sleep. One more factor if it is night journey no doubt i will sleep atonce. plus if am travelling with my husband i soon slide on his shoulders and sleep. Only time i will not sleep is when i am trvelling at hot daytime. [dhaksha80]
yes i can any thing moving i can sleep on a city bus lol [countryredd]
I can sleep while travelling, in fact it is better for me to sleep if I can because I become really travel sick. Unfortunately though if my hubby is driving I do not like to fall asleep on him because it is not really fair and I like to keep him company while he is driving rather than to just go sleep on him lol [gemini_rose]
Hi friend, I just do not know where from the sleep comes when travelling. I generally fall asleep and sometimes disturb my fellow passenger. I am a snorer too. So when in a sleeper coach in train, I fall asleep very soon and start creating sound pollution for others. I just cannot keep myself from sleeping. Even while passing through some new places, I just have to miss them. Good luck friend..happy [arkadeb313]
I can sleep while traveling with or without companion especially when I am super tired. I even remember a time when me and my classmate where in a jeepney (public transportation here in my country) and because of the heavy traffic we fell asleep and when I woke up all the passengers where asleep as well (good thing the driver did not lol) so I went to sleep again. And there was also a time when I took the MRT (Metro Rail Transit / Train) and I was standing and my back are against a wall when I suddenly fall asleep Blush I felt my kness shake so I knew I was really about to fall down. I just do not like people who give me all their weight because they are asleep. lol [Leixa003]
I have no problem sleeping while traveling. Some of my more relaxing naps have been while someone else was driving. [valerie37]
i find sleeping in a car uncomfortable/hard on my neck so If i do doze off I'm waking up periodically because it hurts. I'd rather read while i travel. [saundyl]
For me depends on the mood or feeling while traveling. Sometimes I can sleep hours if I trust driver or if in comfy train, but if there is beautiful nature around then I just cannot sleep especially if I am passing there for the first time. For the plane travel I really love to look at the clouds it makes me in some other world. I am from Europe and I never took some distant travel by plane, but I traveled two days by train. It was great and I could not sleep most of the time only some during evening. [Milena98]
I usually have no problem sleeping, unless there is too much noise or uncomfortable accomodations. Even then, if I am really tired, I can sleep anywhere. [nanajanet]
No, I don't usually sleep if we're traveling, sometimes I like to see where we're going especially if I've never been there before. Alot of times if we're going to travel someplace my husband likes to leave early in the morning, before it gets daylight, but even then I can't go to sleep, I sure would like to because I get so sleepy, but I know that my husband is sleepy too and I don't feel right sitting there sleeping while he can't because he's driving, so I try to stay awake too. [walijo2008]
yes. i can, even if the road is all jumpy and so rocky,LOL as long as i can find a position that will make me sleep... [donnakristel]
Saviour-V teleports in, and raises one shaky hand... Yes, both when I'm travelling with someone AND when I'm driving. I've almost gotten myself killed when I sleep for 5 seconds - I remember driving into the back of a trailer early last year. Of course, at 12 midnight, anything's possible. But I sometimes fall asleep at the wheel when I'm driving to work in the early hours of the morning, so that's a big risk for me. I guess that being in a moving car, regardless if I'm driving or not, makes me sleepy, for some strange reason. Saviour-V bows, and teleports out... [SaviourV]
I am one of those people who like to sleep everywhere, if possible. When I go to work, I sleep in the train, even if I am standing. If I go to a trip, again, I sleep on the train or bus. If I go overseas, I sleep in the airplane. It's so simple. :) [neuronic]
Nah, I find it really difficult to sleep on a plane, train or bus or whatever unless I'm absolutely exhausted! yawn I don't know why it is really, probably just cos when I'm travelling anywhere I'm quite excited lol Also, I can't sleep sat up really, I need to be laid down rolleyes [louise99]
Since I'm usually the driver, I better not. [6precious102]
yes that is wise not to . [ronnyb]
I don't make long journeys probably four hours in one hit.My husband drives so he will only drive for so long in a day,we normally stop over night in our caravan somewhere. He drives for a living for a DHL transport and drives sometimes for eleven hours a day and when we go on holiday he has had enough.I don't blame him and we find a site near everything and a bus stop or train station,So he can have a proper holiday,we have also purchased bikes so we go off and see the countryside as he misses so much from behind the wheel of his car,I did find bike riding daunting at first but I really enjoy it no,when he first brought the bikes home I said "oh yea" and went indoors. It is really good fun and makes you feel wonderful,I think life does begin again at fifty.I went faster than my fifteen year old son and my husband they could not catch me up.That stopped the micky taking until I fell off going down hill in a forest but I dusted off my pride and got straight back on. [suzzy3]
yeah...i usually sleep during travel...i feel asleep when inside the bus..i don't know why i just could entertain the heat inside the bus and the rocky road in our place..it makes me uncomfortable..to forget everything uneasy things and discomfort i feel..i better sleep but there's one advantages of this..one time while going home from school..i didn't notice that i've been far away from our house...the bus run beyond further and it's too late when i noticed that i'm already in other barangay....i really feel bad about it. [worldbestwriter2008]
Yes I am able to drift off to sleep almost every time I travel and heaven forbid get me in a car as I get bored and am gone in no time at all, EXCEPT WHEN I'M DRIVING!! lol The worst place for me to try to get any decent sleep at all though is in an airplane, as they are just so uncomfortable. Once when I was coming here for vacation, (it's a 10 hour flight with no layover), I some how ended up on the floor laying under my chair and the mans chair in front of me. I thought I would never be able to crawl out of there and get up and then to top it off I lost one of my shoes...I had one of my own sandals and one, very large, mans work boot type of shoe!! As it turned out the man behind me tapped me on the shoulder and we found that we were in the same boat...luckily...so I traded my one, very large, mans work boot for his one very feminine sandal that matched mine and we ended up both of us being able to walk off the airplane with matching shoes! lol [sagesunicorn]
I can't stay awake while travelling. It is a good thing I am not the driver, most times. But then when I am the driver it is different and I don't get sleepy. But as a passenger I can't stay awake. I guess it is the motion of the car moving that makes me sleepy. I have tried to stay awake but it is impossible, if on a long trip. My daughter and I work together and we have an hour drive, well almost an hour, to go to work and to come home. She always does the driving because her car is a standard transmission and I don't know how to drive a standard. I always fall asleep on the way to work and on the way home, it never fails. I can't help it. My eyes just get heavy and I can't keep them open. I think it is the motion of the car that makes me sooo tired. Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend, Have a good mylotting day, Chris [chrislotz]
I try to stay awake to keep my partner company as he drives, though I trust him with my life and sometimes tend to fall asleep when I am tired already and the car lulls me to sleep. [UtopianIdealist]
I can sleep but it's difficult... Actually I have problem to sleep if my bed changes, I mean the place for sleep changes... So it's somehow hard for me to get asleep, while traveling on train, on bus, in car, in aeroplane etc., and even if I sleep in some bed, if not my own I would get trouble to fall asleep as well... I see you probably don't wanna sleep during travel, just to be sure that you are going to the right place, good idea, hehe... Good day and happy mylotting! happy [lindazhao333]
