hi there! like u, i want something more practical. i would first prioritize the house and lot for myself. then a condominium unit that i could lease so i can earn every month aside from the regular job. then i'll go with the car which should be eco friendly and doesnt consume so much gas. still money left? put in the bank. invest more in some other business according to my interest. the only time i can think of doing the world tour is when i get the spare budget for that matter. i may not be able to reach the entire world but will make sure that i enjoy going abroad. the rest, will build a charity foundation for kids. hooo!lol! loli wish i could do all these things. now, need to get back my feet on the ground...happy [cherrc]

A car is not necessary for me as a house is. Fortunately, I have my own house…you can say it's the Indian way of inheritance but most Indians inherit their parent's house so housing is not a problem. If housing was a problem then yes, like you I too have invested the money in buying a house. However, if now I get some extra money, I would definitely like to travel and see the world. I bought my own house when I was 19 years old. I traveled around the world when I was 20 years old. If I received a lot of money I would sell my house and buy a bungalow suitable for my family. I have a disabled son. If there was any money left I would use it for traveling to some of the places on my travel wish list. I have family to worry about, so the first thing I'd do is secure a modest home that I can afford, depending on how much money I get. It doesn't need to be a big, nice house... just big enough for us. I'd also have to spend some money to furnish the house because my furniture isn't very good anymore.
