I would have to say my toothbrush! Final answer is my toothbrush! [olivemai]
Do you have a travel-size electric toothbrush? I know you can buy a battery operated toothbrush! [olivemai]

Hello my friend cream97 JI, I am not sure, if I am responding exactly the way you expected me, but naturally, I won't be doing, what i was doing with remaing without my travel. Suppose, I have some pets/old parents/gardens etc, which require to be attended to on daily routine basis, I have to dwploy some one to take care of them. Like hire assistant living to take care of my grandparents. If you open up your topic some more in deatils, I would like to proceed. Have anice time. [chintoo07]

Other than the usual totliettries, I dont have too may things. I likr yo hsbr my oen pillow but I dont usually rememer to bring it. [snowy22315]

I never travel without my daughter. We don't travel that much. But when we do she is with us. Anything else can be gotten on the trip. Even pillows, which would be the second thing I would rather not leave without. I have travel pillows but they're not as nice as the ones I have at home. I have one of those vintage Antique Beds. Since I am going to be away from home for more than a day or two and I happen to be the type of person who gets homesick fairly easily because I am used to being so grounded, I always find it necessary to take a few of the items that make home "home" to me such as my laptop, my music, and any books that I happen to be reading, as well as some of my dance stuff such as my pointe shoes and dance clothes. As much fun as vacations can be, it is nice to have moments where you can at least experience parts of home every now and then. [skydancer]

When ever i am going out, i take my wallet, mobile, a dairy, a pen, these four thing i need, other wise i feel iam missing something. Extra thing a warm cloth in winter, umbrela or rain coat in monsoon, and water bottle in summer. and one more thing my glasses, its a part of me because its always on my nose. lol... enjoy :) [yogeshdhusa]

My electric razor and my wallet. [gitfiddleplayer]

my cellphone, my money, my comb, and my hanky.. and of course we should not forget to bring our personal stuffs that we can use when we travel.. traveling must be fun so we must bring th things that can make us enjoy our trip.. [baebieDARNA30]

I used to be one of those people that could throw the bare essentials into a bag and be on my way. You know, the exact right amount of clothes and toiletries I needed. I also have learned to buy discount luggage in case it gets damaged or stolen. With a fifteen month old I now have to pack everything and the Kitchen sink. I can't leave the house without a bad as big as mine packed for my daughter. I make lists days before to make sure I don't forget anything. [emma412]

if it's bus travel,a little packet of kleenex. i can't tell you how many busses i've been on where they didn't restock the toilet paper. but in general-changes my stylish designer clothes and bags, makeup, hairspray and deodorant. and a soda if it's allowed on board! [scarlet_woman]

Well so many things which form a part of my daily routine.Right from my Toothbrush and paste, soaps, towels, dresses and stuff to money, travel tickets and mobile phone! So many things without which our day seems incomplete. These have become necessities that we can't cut ourselves off from them even for a day or two! [nikhil_sun]

Obviously my Cell Phone and Identity Card which is also the container for my cards. [nilzerous1]

When I travel, I cannot leave without my cellphone. My cellphone will be a means of communication between me and my family. And I would want to know how they are doing while I'm away and of course, they would know how I am doing too. [fortknox75]

Well, there are a couple of things that I have to have with me when I travel. First of all, my comb and toothbrush. Second of all, is my pillow. I always take it when I travel as I can't stand to sleep on other ones. I like the firmness of mine and I sleep better when I take it. [carolscash]

Hi There, My girlfriend says I travel with way too many things! I pack tons of stuff whenever I go away. Other than the normal things such as a brush or toothbrush, I could not possibly go without my fan. I put my fan on every night as it helps me sleep. I do not only use it for the heat, but I like the noise. cheers, [golfproo]

When taking a trip, I must have my iPod, a good book by a favorite author that I haven't read yet, the latest People magazine, and breath mints. i'm looking into eBook reading devices so I don't have to carry around all of my books. Hm, I bet I could read People magazine on there, too... Of course, I also need all the other "basics" like clothing, make-up and toiletries when I travel. But these are my "must-haves" during the travel part of the trip, be it business-related or a vacation. PearlGrace [PearlGrace]

first and foremost money and cellphone. [bombshell]

All my toiletries and underwear of course! I won't travel without them and face powder too. [gloreymay]

I can't leave without chapstick, travel size tissue, and travel size lotion. My lips are extremely sensitive and if I don't apply chapstick right away, I breakout and get cold sore. Lotion, - a must to keep with me all time. My hands are very sensitive to soaps. So after washing, I need to apply lotion . Or it starts to itch badly. Tissue, allergies - nasal allergies so a must for me. My daughter is a messy girl, so tissue on the go is perfect for us. I don't need to worry about make up kit, I don't have any. [ch88ss]

Toiletries but I always bring a blow up mattress because I cannot sleep on some beds. I own a water bed and, unless it's a high end hotel with good mattresses, I prefer an air bed. I am sure the maids wonder why my bed is not slept in, sometimes. If I travel where I am not sure there will be enough pillows, I bring camping air pillows. This way I always have enough. [nanajanet]

money and gadgets. Money to pay and buy, gadgets are like my secretary :P help me connect to others :D (sounds like cellphone brand motto :P) [ndoggodhog]

I can't leave home without my Slinky pants or T-shirts. They are super comfortable and easy for traveling. I have to bring my own pillow for the car ride. And plenty of Toys and car games for my daughter. She gets bored looking out the window. And of course, clothing and provisions for the family. Other than that, my biggest concern is snacks, juice, water and food. Those can be bought along the way. [beautyqueen26]

I guess for me it depends on where I am going for my list. I have to have the normal stuff clothes, money, hair products, mouth products, shower stuff, but if I am going to the beach I also need sunscreen, beach towels, ect. If we are going by plane I need less stuff usually to save on the hassle at the air port. By car I have to have the DVD player and Movies for the kids lol. That is a car travel life saver. [travibabiesgirl]

of course my wallet. i remember last month when i go for travel, i am so excited and very happy while riding the bus, suddenly when the driver assistant issued ticket for all passengers, i look my wallet, gosh! i left it in the computer table. i stop the bus and return home, it's one of my unforgettable moment. [julyteen]

I have been traveling a lot this summer. I think the one thing I like to take with me the most is MY pillow. I really like MY pillow, and take it on all trips. [Modestah]
