I went around the world when I was 20 years old. I decided on a route that included Australia and some free flights there. On that trip that lasted just over one year I went to the USA, Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. I still wanted to go to many other countries and when I was 30 years old I went on another long trip of a few months I went to the USA again, French Polynesia, the Cook Islands, New Zealand and Samoa.
I love tropical islands, cool mountains, interesting cities and seeing wildlife. I like to meet the local people and find out about their culture.

i love to travel and I always go on vacations every year where I go camping in the mountains, but I have never gone very far from home. I live in the United States and I have only ever been out of the country once and that was only to Mexico. We just went right across the border and we only stayed for about thirty minutes. I am sure there are some parts of Mexico that are really nice but that was not one of them. If I could go to any country in the world I think my first choice would be Brazil. I live in a desert now and I would love to go somewhere tropical and somewhere near the ocean. I think the beaches and natural landscaping would be gorgeous and I would love to try the food. I've also heard that the people in Brazil are really nice. I would love to get to know about their culture. Another choice would be Italy and more specifically Milan. I really like fashion and Milan is one of the fashion capitals of the world, although i am far from rich and I don't think that I would be able to buy any of the designer clothes but I would love to see them and the stores since there are no designers stores where I live. I also love soccer and AC Milan is my favorite team. They are very talented and the fans in Milan are so passionate I think being at one of their games very exciting. [kkthom3]
The USA is a huge country and I have been to California three times and to Hawaii once. I would like to see Cape Cod, Boston, New York and Washington DC. You didn't spend long in Mexico and having been on a day trip from San Diego I can understand why. It really is much nicer south of Cancun because I have been there and seen the Mayan ruins. I tend to enjoy vacations that have a big historical and cultural aspect, as I get bored just laying out on the beach doing nothing. I think I would like to visit Costa Rica and China in the future. Costa Rica because I speak good Spanish and because it is a stable Latin American country with friendly people and amazing natural beauty. China because I am starting to learn Chinese and because they are becoming a world superpower with an eastern culture very different from ours, which would be interesting to experience. I am currently learning Spanish at the moment and I am finding it very enjoyable. I would love to go back to Central America for the second time and go to South America. I imagine Costa Rica is a beautiful country with lots of wildlife. Next door Nicaragua sounds lovely with its old towns like Leon and Granada. You are doing very well indeed to learn Chinese. well, you're in luck... the philippines happens to be at the heart of the coral triangle, and the reef on an island between Mindoro and Batangas is said to have the highest concentration of marine life in the world... sadly, it's also true that much of our reefs are in bad shape... in terms of culture, some foreigners feel that the philippines isn't as rich in terms of culture compared with the rest of Asia... we're mpt as "asian" as our neighbors... Well, it's partly because our culture is influenced by the West as much as the Eastern cultures... We were colonized by the spaniards for over 3 centuries, and also by the US around the start of the 1900s until the middle of the century... but at the same time, we also share an affinity with the Chinese (as edvidenced in our food, cultural practices and even some terms in our language,) Indians, and the rest of our southeast asian neighbors... :) [remrick]

Out of your list so far I have been to Italy, Greece, Indonesia, Spain and the USA. I loved going to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala. I saw the Mayan ruins, went caving and did some snorkeling. I am from Spain and I have never traveled abroad, so I wish I could visit a few places in the future. I wanted to go to United Kingdom, specifically Scotland. I love the landscapes of Highlands. I also want to travel Japan. It is a country that have always intrigued me because the culture is so different from mine. I would like to visit a huge city like Tokio and see the lifestyle of normal people in a normal day. Could be very instructive. In the third place, I wish I could visit Las Vegas before I die. I would love to go to the different countries of Europe if I had my choice. I would like to see mainly England, France and Italy. In the future I want to go to Argentina, Chile, Ecuador with tropical and cool climate and to Canadá cool in general and Australia, a paradise I think the unique place in the world with all kinds of landscape since the desert to the cool mountains. Well, there are many countries i want to go to but definitively before i die i have to go to France, to Italy and to India. France because it´s my favorite place to be, i really love the Eiffel tower and i think the Louvre Museum is the most interesting place of Modern Art in the world. Traveling is one of my favorite pastimes. In fact, a couple of days ago, I just came back from an 8-day holiday in Macao and Hong Kong. I've been traveling regularly for the past 20+ years and have seen many countries such as Australia, New Zealand, USA, around 10 countries in Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau and Malaysia. The country I've been to most often is Australia. I would certainly like to go back to the USA and various parts of Europe like Switzerland, England, Austria and Venice, and maybe also countries I've not been like Hawaii, Canada and China. My holidays usually encompass some shopping at the big cities, driving through mountains, valleys, pasture lands, national parks and going to see nature and wildlife. Well, I haven't have the pleasure of traveling to another country yet. I'd really like to do it. I have a friend in California who's begging me to go visit him, so I guess that will be my first trip, but the country that that I like to visit the most is Italy. I'd like to go to so many places in the world, but the one place I would like to go without a doubt is Egypt. I don't know why this country seems to attract so many people? well, maybe because it's full of history and mystery. All I know is that it holds such a great amount of archeological artifacts and mystic wonders that is the one place I would put all my effort in visiting. Now, there are other countries that have lots of interesting things to see like Greece, another great place to visit for its mythological history and beutiful islands, and the list goes on and on. Hello maximax8, You are blessed to have traveled around the world. The fares and hotels are expensive and I don't think I can afford it. Fortunately also I was able to traveled to few countries courtesy of the company I am working with. I visited the USA, France, Germany and Guam. In case I can save enough money I will try to visit my Asian neighbor like Singapore, China, Hongkong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, India.
